Contact

Email: hello@okayform.eu

We reply in English, usually within two working days. We answer questions about using OkayForm, your kit and your payment. We can't answer questions about your own residence situation, because that would be legal advice: for those, please see free help.

What OkayForm is

OkayForm is self-service software with general information. It helps you fill in the official Czech application form to renew your residence permit yourself: you answer the questions, you check and sign the form, and you submit it. OkayForm is not a law firm. It gives no legal advice, doesn't represent anyone before the authorities and doesn't submit applications.

OkayForm is an independent service. It is not affiliated with the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic or any other authority.

Consumer disputes

If a dispute with a consumer about a purchase can't be settled directly, the body responsible for out-of-court resolution is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI). How to file a proposal, and the address, are on coi.gov.cz.

We compile the information on this website from official sources and check it regularly (see how we keep the content correct), but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct and up to date at every moment; our terms apply.
